And yeah but they don't have the same ascendant and there are other things that come along the sun sign, like the moon sign, what will make you different from others!!! It's hard to find people who have the same sun sign and ascendant and moon sign for example... you know what I mean?

@Mona: Partly, you might be right
I don't know much about diffrent religions.
I didn't go to the church very often and my parents don't believe in god, either... maybe I would believe in god if they'd made me go to church every sunday or something like that.
But they always left me the choice, so I went to the religious education (Religionsunterricht?) during my first four years of school just to have a look at it.
To be honest, I thought it was quite ridicoulus. Well, we just had to draw and sing and the correct answer was always "because of god".

I don't want to start a discussion like "Does god exist", so I think I'll spare you my opinion on that point^^

But I do think about that subject quite often, so I don't think that's the reason why I don't believe in god. In the contrary, the more I think about it, the less likely god becomes to me

Same story with me. My whole family does not believe in god, but I was always given the choice.
I think, being born into a religious family makes you much less likely to be able to decide by yourself, because from a young age everyone will tell you about how great god is. A girl in my old class actually discussed with me about those things, an her evidence was the bible. Yes, the bible! Evidence!
I stopped discussing at that point, because I realized I had absolutely no chances to persuade her.
Coming from an atheistic family gives you liberty in that point. You can decide on yourself whether you want to believe in god or not.

Don't misunderstand me, I don't want to offend religious people/families, that's just my point of view.

The rest of my family (grandtparents, aunts, etc.) are very religious. Sometimes I'm really not sure wether my grandma knows that I don't believe in god. But well, she's 85 years old now...
I had discussions like that very often. It's really funny... one of the girls I talked to finally admitted that only parts of the bible are true. And parts of it are wrong!

But well... I don't really care what people believe in. I'm just annoyed when they try to convince me of god
